These terms govern your use of KeeHelper and all tools available at keehelper.com. We have written them in plain, clear language — not impenetrable legalese. Please read them before using the platform.
By using KeeHelper, you agree to be bound by these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Keeroot Solutions, the operator of KeeHelper ("we", "us", "our", "KeeHelper"). They govern your access to and use of the website keehelper.com and all tools, content, and services available through it.
You do not need to create an account or sign anything to use KeeHelper — but your continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms. Each time you visit KeeHelper and use any tool, you are agreeing to the version of these Terms currently in effect.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data. Both documents together form the full legal relationship between you and KeeHelper.
If you are using KeeHelper on behalf of a business, organisation, school, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and that "you" refers collectively to you personally and that entity.

The legal status of KeeHelper's representations about the service
Without limiting the foregoing, Keeroot Solutions makes no warranty or representation that:
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. In particular, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection law.
The extent of Keeroot Solutions' legal liability in connection with KeeHelper
This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages arise:
Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, Keeroot Solutions' total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising in connection with your use of KeeHelper shall not exceed £100 GBP (one hundred pounds sterling) — which reflects the fact that KeeHelper is a free service and you have paid nothing for it.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
How we handle links to external websites and third-party resources
KeeHelper's educational content often references and links to third-party websites, research papers, government publications, and authoritative data sources (for example, the NHS, WHO, BLS, ONS, HMRC) to support the information presented.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website, even where we link to it. Links from KeeHelper do not constitute an endorsement of any linked website or the views expressed therein. When you leave KeeHelper and visit a third-party site, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply.
We strive to link only to reputable, authoritative sources and do not participate in paid link schemes or affiliate marketing programmes. If you encounter a broken, misleading, or inappropriate link on KeeHelper, please report it to us at [email protected].
KeeHelper uses several third-party technical services to deliver the platform (Google Fonts, jsDelivr CDN, analytics). These services are covered in our Privacy Policy. Each third-party service operates under its own terms of service, which may change independently of ours.
Our commitments around uptime, maintenance, and the right to change or remove tools
KeeHelper is a free service and we make no contractual commitment to any specific level of availability or uptime. We do however aim to keep the platform accessible at all times and will communicate planned maintenance through the website where feasible.
Keeroot Solutions reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:
We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes that may affect your regular use of the platform, particularly when tools or content are being substantially altered or removed.
Keeroot Solutions reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or block access to KeeHelper for any user or IP address that we reasonably believe is violating these Terms, abusing the service, or causing harm to the platform or other users. We will exercise this right proportionately and reasonably.
The terms that apply to messages, suggestions, and feedback you send us
KeeHelper provides a contact form at contact.html through which you can submit enquiries, bug reports, tool suggestions, feedback, and other messages to the Keeroot Solutions team. The following terms apply to all submissions:
If you submit a tool suggestion, feature request, or product idea to Keeroot Solutions through any channel (contact form, email, social media), you grant Keeroot Solutions a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, develop, implement, and commercialise that idea in any form — without any obligation to compensate you, credit you, or implement the suggestion as submitted.
This is necessary because it allows us to act on user feedback freely without creating implied ownership claims. It is standard practice for free, consumer-facing platforms. We encourage suggestions and are grateful for every one we receive — but we cannot enter into agreements that create expectations of payment or implementation.
By submitting content through our contact form, you confirm that your submission:
Submissions that violate these standards will not receive a response and may be reported to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
Unless we have specifically entered into a confidentiality agreement with you, any submission you make through our contact form should not be treated as confidential. Do not submit trade secrets, proprietary information, or sensitive personal data about third parties through the contact form.
Which laws govern these Terms and where disputes are resolved
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Subject to the consumer protection provisions below, you and Keeroot Solutions irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms.
If you are a consumer (using KeeHelper as an individual for personal purposes), nothing in these Terms affects your rights to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, or to rely on any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement, including under:
Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, we strongly encourage you to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. The vast majority of concerns can be addressed quickly and amicably without formal dispute resolution. We commit to responding to any substantive complaint within 10 business days.
Standard legal provisions that govern the interpretation of these Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary such that the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect and are fully enforceable.
No failure or delay by Keeroot Solutions in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any provision in one instance does not constitute a general waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver by Keeroot Solutions must be in writing to be effective.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Keeroot Solutions regarding your use of KeeHelper, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions — whether oral or written — regarding the subject matter hereof.
No representations, warranties, or undertakings are made by Keeroot Solutions other than those expressly set out in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent. Keeroot Solutions may freely assign these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder — for example, in the context of a business restructuring, acquisition, or merger — without restriction and without your consent.
Keeroot Solutions shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, government action, internet infrastructure failure, cyber attack, or other force majeure events.
How and when we update these Terms, and how you will be notified
Keeroot Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. We distinguish between two types of changes:
Minor changes — editorial corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect new tools or features that do not materially alter your rights or obligations — will be reflected in this page with an updated "Last updated" date, without separate announcement.
Material changes — amendments that substantially alter your rights, obligations, or the liability provisions — will be communicated more prominently on the KeeHelper homepage and, where we hold contact details for you, by direct notification. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect.
Your continued use of KeeHelper after any updated version of these Terms has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using KeeHelper.
