There's no difference in how quickly or thoroughly we respond — use whichever is more convenient for you. We do not have a phone line or live chat at this time, but we respond to all messages within 1–3 business days.
Do you respond to every message?
Yes — we respond to every genuine message that arrives at [email protected]. This is a firm commitment. We do not use autoresponders for substantive enquiries. When you send us a message, a real person on the Keeroot Solutions team reads it and writes back. The only exception is obvious spam, which is filtered automatically. If you sent a message and haven't heard back within 5 business days, please check your spam folder and try again — sometimes legitimate email gets filtered incorrectly.

In your message, describe: (1) What the tool would calculate or convert, (2) Who would use it and in what situation, and (3) Any specific features or data sources it should include. The more specific and well-reasoned your suggestion, the more useful it is for our planning. Popular, clearly articulated suggestions go directly onto our development roadmap. How do I report a wrong calculation or outdated data?

In your message, include: the name of the tool, exactly what values you entered, what result appeared, and what you believe the correct result should be (ideally with a source or calculation showing why). Accuracy is our highest priority — we investigate every error report, and confirmed errors are typically corrected within 48–72 hours. We genuinely appreciate these reports and respond to each one personally.
Is my message private? Will you share my email?
Your message and email address are completely private. We use your email solely to respond to your enquiry — we do not add you to any mailing list, share your email with third parties, or use it for marketing.
